Halo Infinite Review

Halo Infinite is the upcoming first-person shooter video game developed by 343 Industries and published by Xbox Game Studios for the Xbox Series X|S and Microsoft Windows. It is the sixth installment in the Halo franchise, and is set to be released on December 10th, 2020. Halo Infinite is set after the events of Halo 5: Guardians, and follows the Master Chief as he and the rest of the UNSC fight against the Banished, a group of renegade Brutes led by the Warlord Escharum.

The game is set on Zeta Halo, a Halo ring that was previously featured in the Halo novels and comics, and is the largest Halo installation ever seen in a game. The game will feature a new art style, which is more vibrant and realistic than the art style seen in previous entries in the series. The game will also feature open-world elements, allowing players to explore the environment in a non-linear fashion.

The story of Halo Infinite is set after the events of Halo 5: Guardians, where the UNSC and the Covenant are at war. The Banished, a group of renegade Brutes led by the Warlord Escharum, have taken control of Zeta Halo and are attempting to use the installation to destroy all life in the galaxy. The Master Chief and the rest of the UNSC must join forces with the Banished to stop them, and ultimately save the galaxy.

The gameplay of Halo Infinite is similar to past entries in the series, with some new additions. The game will feature a new sandbox-style combat system, which will allow players to fight enemies in a non-linear fashion, using a variety of weapons, vehicles, and abilities. The game will also feature an upgraded progression system, with players able to upgrade their gear with new abilities and upgrades.

Halo Infinite will also feature a new game mode, called “Battle Royale”. This mode will pit up to 24 players against each other in an ever-shrinking map, where they must battle it out to be the last one standing. This mode is expected to bring a new level of competition to the series, and will no doubt be a welcome addition for fans.

Overall, Halo Infinite looks to be an exciting entry in the series, and one that is sure to be a hit with fans. With a new art style, open-world elements, and a Battle Royale game mode, the game has something for everyone. It will no doubt be an incredible experience when it is released later this year, and fans of the series can’t wait to get their hands on it.
